Interdisciplinarity
of Electronic Sports

An innovative, comprehensive educational
curriculum in the area of esports,
multimedia and new technologies

We know for certain that the future
job market will be volatile and even
more competitive than it is today.

It is an extremely difficult challenge to properly prepare young people for professional careers in a dynamically changing world. Even though research and scientific analysis are being conducted, we still have a very limited knowledge of the future needs of the labor market and the direction of its development. Recognized and long-established professions are disappearing. At the same time, whole industries whose existence no one could have predicted, are springing up like mushrooms after the rain. All we know for sure, about the future of the labor market, is that it will be volatile and even more competitive than today.

At the Esports Association, we are convinced that it is possible for school education to support the preparation of young people for professional careers. It is so, by inspiring and motivating them, equipping them with knowledge and stimulating the development of useful skills. That’s why we strive to find innovative ways to impart key competencies to young people in a accessible way, while building on their natural interests. We believe that in a field as important as education, the reality of new technologies should not be excluded. We are confident that the proper use of the products of the digital world can be a very effective tool in the process of personal and professional development of young people.

The Esports Association’s proprietary educational program is a unique supplement to the curriculum in high schools. Since 2017, the “Electronic Sports Interdisciplinarity” program package has been successfully implemented in more than 40 schools in Poland. he program is based on topics connected with student’s interests – esports and video games. Built on foundations of sincere enthusiasm, the program encourages young people to develop their skills and expand their knowledge, which could be beneficial in their professional career.

Esports trenings

What is an esport trening?

Esport training is nothing more than learning about teamwork, communication skills, patience, analytical thinking, respecting other people, and understanding your role in a team. Both theoretical and practical classes are conducted.

Classes using computer games are held remotely. Students from the computer lab or from their homes, connect via the Internet with our coach.

Coaches are people with many years of experience and competence – we organize classes for students from 2019.

We have the necessary knowledge to conduct esports training based on four popular computer games: Valorant, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, and Minecraft.
